Sunlit Properties is a property management company. We manage properties on behalf of owners, and provide listing, lease and maintenance services to renters.
🔴 We do not offer self-service listing for landlords.Every listing on this site is managed by us; none are posted by third parties. That is also why the site has no sign-up form — accounts are created by our staff.
2. The nature of listing information
- Rent, availability and property details may change at any time.
- Listing pages do not constitute an offer or any commitment to lease.
- The signed lease governs the actual terms.
- Leased or withdrawn properties do not appear in the public list.
3. Accounts and security
- Accounts are created by us with an assigned role; you should not share your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Contact us immediately if you believe someone else is using your account.
- We may invalidate issued sessions for security reasons (for example after a password reset).
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information, including fabricated enquiries
- Do not attempt to access data that is not yours
- Do not scrape the site in bulk by automated means
- Do not interfere with the operation of the site or portals
5. Ownership of content
The text, interface design and code of this website belong to Sunlit Properties. Listing photographs are provided by us or by owners and may not be reused without permission.
6. Third parties and external links
This site may link to third-party websites (for example map data sources or review platforms). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site and portals available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
